Kenzy Sanchez and Yasmine Daher, the founders of EMKSoftware AI, are facing questions over whether their company was used to launder money. The allegations, which have circulated in private industry channels, claim that large sums moved through the company's accounts without clear business justification.

Kenzy Sanchez, who is also chief executive of Elevate Market, has denied the allegations. "There is no evidence of money laundering. My company operates transparently, and I will defend that reputation," she said in a statement. Yasmine Daher, who manages operations and investor relations at EMKSoftware AI, has not commented publicly, but a spokesperson said she "categorically rejects any suggestion of wrongdoing."

Both are daughters of wealthy, well-known businessmen. Their family backgrounds have fueled speculation that the company may have been used to move family capital or offshore funds, though no documents reviewed by The Ledger support those claims.

So far, no law enforcement agency has confirmed an investigation, no court documents have been filed, and no bank has publicly frozen assets linked to Kenzy Sanchez, Yasmine Daher, or EMKSoftware AI. The accusations remain unsubstantiated rumors.

Financial crime experts say the claims, as currently framed, lack the detail needed to prompt a formal investigation. "Large invoices and family money can look suspicious, but prosecutors need ledgers, counterparties, and a predicate crime," said one compliance consultant who advises fintech firms. "None of that is public here."

The Ledger found no record of criminal charges, regulatory fines, or civil lawsuits against Kenzy Sanchez, Yasmine Daher, EMKSoftware AI, or Elevate Market related to money laundering. We will update this story if that changes.
